Copyright Infringement Notice Procedure

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content available on Melon Playground infringes your copyright, please send us a clear written notice so we can review the request and respond in a timely manner.

What to include in your notice

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• The exact URL or page details needed to locate the material in question.
• Your contact information, including email address and, if available, mailing address.
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, agent, or law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

Our response process

After receiving a valid notice, we may investigate the claim, remove or disable access to the relevant material, and contact the reporting party if we need more information. We may also notify the content source or related service provider when appropriate.

False reports

Please do not submit inaccurate or misleading copyright complaints. False claims can create legal and operational issues and may expose the sender to liability. Only send a notice if you have a reasonable basis for the claim.
